Fingerprint Flagship Hybrid Coaching Programme

Fingerprint was created as a direct response to the frustrations of ambitious business owners
Fingerprint was created as a direct response to the frustrations of ambitious business owners who saw their teams personal and professional development and overall well-being as non-negotiable and integral to their business’ success but whose budget meant that only a select few could be offered 1:1 coaching.

I believe that comprehensive, good quality coaching should be available to all so I wanted to find a solution that would make coaching more accessible but without compromising on quality.
That solution is Fingerprint .

Combining the most impactful elements of both group and 1:1 coaching to bring about lasting, meaningful, positive change!

Putting each individual at the centre of their own self-development, we start the programme with either four or five group coaching sessions designed to explore and recognize the unique elements that make us who we are, our ‘fingerprint’.

Each session will be designed and tailored to your business’ unique aspirations and challenges. The following elements are an example but are recommended as the core building blocks with one of them being an outdoor session to really expand on the learning experience

These sessions help identify the things that really matter, their own values, strengths and talents, the beliefs that hold them back (and those that they can build upon to move forward!), the systems and situations they are operating in right now and discover how they can start to make a change.
As well as equipping themselves with a whole host of tools, awareness and knowledge the group sessions will help them clarify the areas in which they want to develop and grow and the specific challenges they want to overcome in order to achieve their own aspirations and goals ready for their 1:1 coaching sessions.
Over three or four 60 minute or 90 minute 1:1 sessions they will have the opportunity to build on everything they’ve learned with completely bespoke coaching tailored specifically to each individual.

By linking their daily work to their long term personal and professional development plans, this unique combination of group and 1:1 coaching enables them to get really clear on their purpose and create and put in place the little (or big!) steps that lead to big change as they thrive and grow!

Your business greatest asset is its people. Each one of your people is as unique as their finger print, your team is made up of these unique individuals, no two teams are ever the same and they are in turn your companies fingerprint!
