What is the Thomas PPA?
The Thomas PPA is a world-class behavioural profiling tool based on the DISC model. In under 10 minutes you complete a brief self-assessment online and we then work together to understand your behavioural style – your strengths, motivators, how you respond under pressure, how you prefer to communicate and much more.

With the profile in hand we explore how to leverage your style, align it to your goals, fine-tune how you show up, and maximise your impact – whether you’re leading yourself, a team, or stepping into a new role. The profile looks at but is not limited to
  • Communication style – how you engage with peers, managers, and clients.
  • Pace and decisiveness – whether you move fast, methodically, or need direction.
  • Structure vs. adaptability – how you respond to ambiguity and change.
  • Preferred environment – where you’ll thrive (e.g. collaborative vs. independent roles).
